There are a lot of parts which I would like to quote, but there are too many, so I will do only a few of them. For example, this maxim I liked a lot, "...In dealing with others, be gentle and kind. In speech, be true. In ruling, be just... No fight: No blame." (Chapter 8) I would like to share this maxim because many people in the world should take their time to read it, analyze it and interpret it. If we were to divide the maxim by parts, the first part is "In dealing with others, be gentle and kind." This goes for the people who don't have manners, people who you try to approach and they talk rudely, so then you would not like to speak to anymore. Then would go "In speech, be true." This is for the dishonest people that talk more than they can do. For example, when I was in 3rd grade, there were personero elections in school. There was this candidate that seemed good, honest. All this until he started to talk. He talked about making our park better, by adding fun to it, like rollercoasters, vending machines, all fun. All the teachers were mad, but there was nothing they could do, but warn us that those were all lies. He did not win, because he had been dishonest to people who did not even notice it. Then would go "In ruling, be just." This goes for the owners of big companies, mainly. Most of those really rich people who only care for the money, they discriminate the poor, they avoid letting them in their stores or banks to avoid having poor people as customers. For example, the Colombian President, Alvaro Uribe Velez, came out a few days ago saying to bank owners, to please give the same treatment to the rich as to the poor. The poor are hardly ever attended, so they contacted the high authorities for help. Then, last but not least, "No fight: No blame." This is for me the most important part of the maxim. It is one the whole world should learn. It is obvious that if there is no fight, then there is no one to blame, and if there is no one to blame, then there are no reasons to fight. It is like a good vicious circle. It is circular reasoning, there are no fights, because there is no one to blame, and there is no one to blame because there are no fights, and like this forever.
Many people would really wish for the world to learn this and apply it in their lives. Fighting is stupid, there are no reasons to do so. There are more ways to solve problems, violence should never be used. I do wish someday the world shall live in peace. Make peace, not war!
