An Interesting Invitation To Read The King James Bible

when I started reading the Preface to God's Secretaries and started noticing that it was the explanation to the making of the King James version of the Bible, I remembered seeing the King James Bible between the list of books that we were supposed to read in our English class this year. When I continued reading it and started seeing things like "The book was extremely political" and that the church had taken some of the powers of the pope because of the book, I started to think that this book can be very interesting, both the King James Bible and God's Secretaries. I have always liked England and have wanted to learn more about it's history. By the Preface of God's Secretaries, I foresee that it will at leats give me an outline of it, and in a different way than in History class, because this tells the history of England around the making of the bible and how this changed not only people's minds, but a whole country. It may have been that with the expansion of people's mind's and their change of thoughts that England set out to conquer parts of America and Africa. Also I thought very strange the part that said that the people who wrote this did't want their names to be remebered and at the time were not very famous. I would want the opposite, because I would want people to know that half of the good things that England has are because me and my pals wrote this book. I hope this book meets the expectations that I was naming before.
