The QUESTion 2
The oldest blogs are indeed different that what we know of blogs today, and the difference lies in the meaning of blogs to the bloggers. Before, bloggers placed links to other sites that they discovered and found that web page interesting or fun. They only put few commentaries and few articles, and were different than our commentaries of now. In the year 2002,John Rodzvilla's article "We've Got Blog", where Rebecca Blood writes in, she says at the beggining "The articles in this collections are early reflections on the weblog phenomenon." In that book the way of thinking of bloggers change, and they start to blog about news, sports, politicians, and many other topics. Nowaday blogs do contain links to other sites, but these have some things in common with the blog before.
